If someone told me Megaman 10 was their favorite, I would fully agree with that person this is one of the best. It still brings over the crippled Megaman from part 9, but the level design is MUCH, MUCH more forgiving. To the point I felt double capitalization was needed. There is only one exception, and it is Commando Man's stage. The sandstorm sections took me forever to get through (maybe 2 hours).
Even the robot master have more fair and predictable patterns. The items were easy to buy in the shop, the story is deliciously stupid (Roboenza? A robot only flu?).
